Features

The stator and actuator are made of high-performance ceramic material with a hardness of 8.9, which is comparable to sapphire. The ceramic material is resistant to acid, alkali and alcohol, and has high temperature resistance and wear resistance. 

The internal threaded connection hole of the pipe joint is set directly on the ceramic valve stator or ceramic valve actuator, which can avoid the leakage of liquid due to the gap between the connection hole and the valve stator or valve actuator due to the difference of the expansion coefficient of the materials.

The valve body has a simple and compact structure, and is easy to install and disassembly.

Special valve position requirements can be designed and manufactured according to customer needs.

Application

It can be used for sampling, quantification, pneumatic channel switching and other instruments and equipment with similar requirements. It is particularly suitable for distribution of high temperature flows.

Functions 

During sampling, the gas sample flows into the injector. In the injection step, the carrier gas brings the sample into the chromatographic column.
